Hey, is the one of the left an incarnation of Max, and the one on the right an incarnation of Sam? Because they kind of resemble them.

Hey,steve, I've been a big fan of your work for years now. and your coloring style is an inspiration. I don't mean to pry or anything, but I'm getting tired of using the Walter Foster Aclyrics. :) What type brand name of Aclyrics did you use for the MOnkey island conceptual paintings you posted up earlier and the Sam and Max paintings?

I'm no connoisseur of art supplies. I use the soft Liquitex acrylics. They come in little fat bottles. I use them thin like watercolors to start, then build up the opacity in the key areas.

The newer Sam & Max paintings are acrylic while the old covers are gouache.
